Rhadogel : Bahan Pembuatan Minuman Jelly ESG 4010

Kami dari PT Rhadogel hendak memperkenalkan produk bahan baku ESG 4010 dan cara pembuatannya sebagai pembuatan minuman Jelly

A.    Recommended Application    : Gelled Drink (Juice Jelly)
       
B.    Ingredients    :
   
    A    Wt/wt (%)
        - Sugar    To Suit
        - RHADOGEL ESG 4010    0.30
        - Potassium Citrate    0.30
    B   
        - Citric Acid     0.20
        - Flavor    To Suit
        - Coloring Agent    To Suit
        - Sodium Benzoate    0.10
        - Sodium Cyclamate    To Suit
        - Salts if needed    To Suit
        - Water to make    100.0
   
C.    Procedure    :
       
    1.    Weigh all of ingredients.
    2.    Blend – dry RHADOGEL ESG 4010, sugar,and potassium citrate together.  Mix well.
    3.    Add the dry – blend above into boiled water @ 100 oC., and stir well for 10 – 15 minutes until the temperature down to 70 oC.
    4.    Add citric acid, flavor, sodium benzoate, Sodium cyclamate, and coloring agent into the jelly juice solution. Stir well.
    5.    Fill into appropriate container.
        
        Suggested pH = 3.85 – 4.25
D.    Recommended Usage Level    :
    Use 0.20 – 0.45% based on the weight of the final product. Adjust RHADOGEL ESG 4010 concentrations against the amount of water used.
